Dupuis Law Firm, PLLC is seeking a full-time oil and gas title attorney in The Woodlands, TX.
Responsibilities
- Review real estate title documents and oil and gas related contracts, and identify and analyze issues in chain of title
- Calculate ownership of surface, mineral, royalty, overriding royalty, and working interest, and draft title opinions
- Draft title documents and other oil and gas related contracts
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to write clearly and succinctly
- Currently licensed attorney in good standing in the State of Texas
- New Mexico, Louisiana, or Oklahoma licensure a plus but not required
- Some experience drafting title opinions preferred, but not required
